Magical Readathon (Autumn Equinox)

August 1, 2022

Hello/welcome back booklions!

Today we return to Orilium Academy with the beginning of the Autumn Equinox (our second semester). If you are not familiar with the Magical Readathon, I highly recommend that you check it out from the beginning. G, who runs the booktube channel Book Roast, is our host and you can check out her Magical Readathon introduction or begin from the second semester with the rest of us here in August. There is also an entire Drive folder where you can find anything from the background story to reading prompts. And yes, this entire readathon fantasy world is made up by G’s imagination alone!

Magical Readathon (Autumn Equinox) Announcement

It’s impossible to wrap up the entire readathon quickly. Basically, books are read to fulfil prompts that are attached to a chosen character and a chosen magical study. Personally, I have chosen Master of Elements as my path and I’m part of the Crescent Order. My studies now require a certain “grade” which means reading one, two or three prompt for each topic. G goes through all the study courses and the attached reading prompts in the video above.

This is my Magical Readathon (Autumn Equinox) TBR based on course grades needed.

That’s the Magical Readathon (Autumn Equinox) TBR!

My picks aren’t written in stone – as my Shapeshifting book choice(s) show. Reading moods will change or I could run out of time, who knows? It’s just good fun so I won’t stress about it.

Are you either participating or intrigued? Check out how I geared up for the beginning of the readathon and/or contact me on my socials below and let’s talk about your TBR. I will post an update at the end of August (and more content until then).

See you next time bookish gang!
